"Kamo River No.2", Tokyo, Japan, 2025
Pontocho, Kyoto, by the Kamo River. On a spring night, I wandered through cherry blossoms, lantern light, and faint fragrance from the fine dining. The air was filled with an overwhelming sense of romance, you might begin to wonder just how powerful the tenderness in a human heart can be.
I planned in this trip to take a good photo of cherry blossoms, but with humans in it. I waited until the moment when the man turned towards his girl friend. In the shadows, there was a lone musician playing his guitar, adding to the poetry of the night.
