My work 'Two Shadows on Red' received an Honorable Mention in the 'Special/Smartphone Photography' category at 2024 International Photography Awards.
The International Photography Awards™ conducts an annual competition for professional, amateur, and student photographers on a global scale, creating one of the most ambitious and comprehensive photo competitions in the photography world today.
For two consecutive years, my work has been recognized at the International Photography Awards. "Passing By Collage No.2" won an Honorable Mention in Fine Art Collage category in 2023.
In addition to "Two Shadows on Red," four other pieces of my work advanced to the final judging stage, earning the Official Selection title:

About the work:
Two shadows of passengers cast on the red band of a train carriage at the Roma Termini Train Station. The prevalence of the red color, found in the frescoes of Pompeii's ruins to the Italian high-speed trains, symbolizes Italy for me.
